This is how I broke my YouTube channel. I've been having a hard time growing this channel. Several months ago I noticed that my channel seemed to be capping out at around 300ish views per day. It's been really hard for me to break through that average views per day so it got me thinking about my channels growth and how I can proactively get more involved in growing things. I signed up for TubeBuddy which didn't change anything. I thought if I deleted all the videos on my channel that didn't have anything to do with photo and video it would help the algorithm promote my channel to new viewers. After deleting 60% of the videos on my channel 4 months ago nothing has changed. So what is it that's holding me back? Maybe my videos are awful and I should give up on YouTube? After talking with a few people I think I know why my channel is stuck. I talk about it in part 2 (9:36) of this video.
