One of the most important things to understand as a photographer is that you are in the people business. Everything you do revolves around interacting with people. Unless you are a landscape photographer isolated in the wilderness most of your career chances are you deal with people on a daily basis and understanding how to navigate personality types and manage group dynamics is a huge asset. In this video I teach you how to use the Frank Ernest Ok Matrix to get a basic understanding of the type of person you are dealing with and I give you a few tips on how to work with them from the perspective of someone providing a service.
