HOW TO GET THINGS DONE WHEN YOU’RE NOT MOTIVATED - LIFE HACK
Have you ever had a lot of things on your to-do list and felt overwhelmed? Or have you ever been feeling low energy and had trouble finding the motivation to get your work done? In this video I share with you a simple life hack that you can use to accomplish your goals. It’s a super easy four step process you can use to get back on track and start being productive again.
Get out a pen and paper and ask yourself these questions.
3:18 Question 1: What is it that you want to accomplish?
4:19 Question 2: Why do you want to accomplish this goal, how will it improve your life?
5:08 Question 3: What will happen if you don’t accomplish your goal?
5:35 Question 4: Break down your goal into little steps.
Write out the answers and keep the paper with you until you finish what you set out to do. If you start feeling unmotivated or overwhelmed pull out your answers and let them motivate you to get back on track. This trick has helped me a lot in my life.
Quick tip for question 4 try to visualize yourself doing all the tasks you write them out. Trust me it will really help. If you visualize yourself doing all the steps before you actually do them it becomes so much easier to do what you need to do. You’ve already gone through it mentally so doing it in reality is just a matter of going through the motions.
