Canon EOS R5 Mark II - First Impressions
The Canon EOS R5 Mark II is finally here. With a newly designed 45 megapixel back side illuminated sensor and a revamped menu but the question is, is the Canon R5 Mark II worth buying over the original EOS R5. In this video I'm going to go over my first impression of the R5 Mark II and highlight some of the key features that stood out to me. More in-depth R52 reviews coming soon.
Sample Photos
Photos shot with t he Canon EOS R5 Mark II + RF 24-105mm f4 L IS USM
Image 2: I exposed for this the shadows and brought back the highlights.
Image 3: I exposed for the highlights and brought back the shadows.
Image 6: Strange lens flairs noticed. Probably has nothing to do with the camera.
Overall the image quality out of the R5 Mark II looks great but in the same breath the images don’t look any better than the EOS R5. At first glace I don’t see any noticeable upgrade over the original R5.
