CAITHLEEN HEFFERNAN - POOL SHOOT
I shot these photos of Canadian fitness hottie Caithleen Heffernan in the Dominican Republic on the Paul Buceta Pool Party trip. It was one of the fun-est shoots ever. One of those photo trip adventures you wish you could go back in time and relive. I scouted a great location for the shoot. A nice long pool between two white buildings which essentially acted like two giant reflectors. Lots of bright natural light bouncing around. The trick was to make sure that the speedlights matched the ambient light so I could fill in shadows on Caithleen's body without darkening the background. I used two speedlights. One on the camera as a fill flash and a second speedlight on a softbox to add depth to the body. Not bad for our first shoot together.
